August 2, 2025, Ibadan – A day to remember.
When we launched the first-ever Clean Like A Boss Professional Cleaning Standards Workshop, our vision was simple: to elevate cleaning from just “getting the job done” to a professional experience that leaves lasting impressions. What happened in that room went beyond training, it sparked a movement.
Why This Workshop Mattered
Too often, cleaning professionals work hard but are undervalued. Many leave Ibadan to find training because they assume nothing like this exists locally. That’s why we brought a premium, in-person learning experience home to Ibadan, and the response was overwhelming.
What We Covered
The day was packed with high-impact modules:
- Mindset Reset: Building the confidence to lead, charge your worth, and step into rooms with authority.
- Cleaning Structure: How to work smart, create systems, and reduce burnout.
- Room Reset Standards: The difference between “clean” and professionally reset spaces that wow clients.
- Etiquette & Presentation: Because how you show up matters as much as how you clean.
We laughed, we learned, we shared real stories. And yes, we played games that had everyone raising their hands, laughing at shared experiences, and realizing they weren’t alone in their challenges.
