Last weekend, we hosted a two-day experience called Clean Like a Pro – Clean Like a CEO.
It was designed for cleaning business owners who want more than survival. Those who want clarity, structure, confidence, and growth.
Not just how to clean.
But how to think, lead, and build a real business.
And honestly, something beautiful happened in the room.
From the very first session, it was clear this was not going to be a regular training session. The conversations were deep. The questions were honest. The atmosphere was focused. Everyone came ready to learn, reflect, and stretch.
Day one was practical. We slowed things down and helped participants understand cleaning properly. Not rushing through tasks, but learning how surfaces behave, how products work, why wrong methods cause damage, and how skill builds confidence. You could literally see light bulbs going on as people began to connect understanding with performance.
For many, it was the first time cleaning truly made sense.
Day two shifted into business and leadership. We talked about pricing, structure, operations, decision-making, and what it really means to move from being busy to being effective. We explored what it takes to grow from operator to CEO. The conversations became richer. The thinking became clearer. The confidence became visible.
What stood out most was the shift in perspective.
People began to see their businesses differently.
They started to understand why they were stuck.
They recognized what needed to change.
They gained clarity about their next steps.
And that, for me, was the real win.
This training was never about teaching tricks. It was about building understanding. Because when people understand, confidence rises, performance improves, and growth becomes possible.
Watching business owners sit straighter, speak bolder, and think more clearly reminded me why this work matters so deeply.
The energy, feedback, engagement, and transformation in the room confirmed one thing:
The cleaning industry is ready for a new conversation.
One centered on structure, leadership, clarity, and operational excellence.
As we reflect on the two days, we are grateful for everyone who showed up, leaned in, asked questions, and committed to growth.
This was not just a training.
It was a shift.
And it is only the beginning.
We look forward to the next Clean Like a Pro – Clean Like a CEO experience and to continuing this journey of building confident, structured, and high-performing cleaning business leaders.
