Before we begin

When was the last time you sent a quotation and felt completely confident about the number?

Not hoping the client would accept it. Not wondering if you should have charged less. Fully confident that the price was right, the value was clear, and you could defend every naira of it if they asked.

For most cleaning business owners, that confidence is not consistent. Some days it is there. Most days it is not. And in the gap between those two states, money is being lost. Jobs are being underquoted. Clients are being let go at prices that do not cover real costs. And the business owner goes home exhausted, busy, and wondering why the numbers never seem to add up.

You are not alone. And you are not incapable. You just have not been given the right tools.

That changes on July 18.

The cleaning business owners who will have a strong December are not waiting for October to prepare. They are making decisions right now in July.

What we cover

Pricing in the cleaning business is not one skill. It is three.

Most training covers only one or two. Most cleaning business owners have never had all three in the same room at the same time. Until now.

01

Knowing your numbers

We build your pricing structure from your actual costs. Labour, materials, transport, equipment, overhead, your own salary. Your minimum viable rate calculated live so you always know your floor and never quote below it again.

02

Presenting it professionally

Your invoice is a selling document. Most cleaning invoices are missing at least three things that would make them command more respect before the client says a word. We fix that. You leave knowing exactly what belongs on a professional cleaning quotation.

03

Speaking to it with confidence

This is the part nobody teaches. You can have a perfect structure and a beautiful invoice and still lose the job the moment a client says it is too expensive. We work through five real client scenarios with exact responses so you know what confident pricing sounds like and can use it immediately.

“You can be excellent at the first two and fall apart completely at the third. That is where the job is lost.”

What you walk away with

Two hours that change how you charge for the rest of your business life.

This is not a motivational session. It is two hours of focused, practical work on the one thing that affects your revenue more than anything else in your cleaning business.

  • A pricing framework you can trustBuilt on your real numbers, not guesswork. Apply it to every quotation going forward.
  • A professional invoice structureAll five critical elements in place. Your document does the selling before you open your mouth.
  • Language for client pushbackFive real scenarios. Exact responses. Know what to say without flinching or dropping your rate.
  • The Price It Right ToolkitThree documents: a pricing calculator, a quotation checklist, and a client response card. All three ready to use the very next day.
Included with every registration

The Price It Right Toolkit

Three practical documents you receive at the end of the class. Not slides. Not notes. Tools.

The Cleaning Business Pricing Calculator

Input your real costs and calculate your minimum viable rate. You fill this in during the class and leave with your actual numbers already in it. Never guess your floor again.

The Quotation Checklist

Five critical elements. A checkbox beside each. Compare it against your current invoice that same evening. Score yourself out of ten and know exactly what to fix.

The Client Pushback Response Card

Five client scenarios. The wrong response. The right response. One page. Save it on your phone. Read it before every important client conversation.

A taste of what we cover

Real clients say real things. Do you know what to say back?

We go through five live scenarios in the class. Here is one of them.

Client says: “This is too expensive. I was expecting something much lower. The last company I used didn’t charge nearly this much.”
What most cleaning business owners say: “Okay, let me see what I can do. Maybe I can bring it down a little…”

What just happened: You dropped your price before they even asked. Now they don’t trust your original number. They will push again.
Client says the same thing.
What you will say after this class: “I hear you. Let me walk you through what this price covers so you can see exactly what you are getting. This is not a standard clean — here is what my team will do and what your space will look like when we leave. The price reflects that standard.”

What just happened: You held your ground, educated the client, and invited a real conversation. No discount. No panic.

We cover four more scenarios in the class. “My neighbour paid less.” “Can you do a free trial first?” “Let me think about it.” “We already have someone.”
You leave knowing exactly what to say in every one of them.

Is this class for you?

Be honest with yourself.

This class is for you if…

  • You feel anxious every time you prepare a cleaning quotation.
  • You have dropped your price before a client even asked you to.
  • You have sent a quotation and spent days hoping they say yes.
  • You have attended pricing training before but still cannot hold your rate in a real conversation.
  • You are busy but not profitable and suspect your pricing is part of the problem.
  • You want to build a cleaning business that charges correctly and attracts the right clients.

This class is not for you if…

  • You are looking for a general business seminar with many different topics.
  • You are not in the cleaning industry.
  • You already charge confidently, write professional quotations, and hold your price without hesitation every time.
Your instructor

“I built a 130-staff facility management company. I have watched cleaning business owners lose contracts not because their work was poor but because their pricing was not right.”

Bunmi Obanise is the founder of Platinum Beam, a facility management company she built to a team of 130 staff and through which she has created over 400 jobs. She runs two coaching communities for cleaning business owners across Africa, The Gleam and The Clean Circle, and is one of the most respected voices in the cleaning industry on the continent.

She has spent years watching cleaning business owners struggle not because they do not know their craft but because nobody ever sat down with them and taught them how to charge correctly, quote professionally, and hold their price with confidence. Price It Right exists because that gap needed to close.

Questions

Everything you need to know before you register.

I have attended pricing classes before. Is this different?

Most pricing classes teach you what to charge. This one teaches you how to charge it. The third skill, the client conversation, holding your price under pressure, knowing what to say when someone pushes back, is what most classes skip entirely. That is what makes this different.

I am new to the cleaning industry. Can I still attend?

Yes. Whether you are just starting or have been running your cleaning business for years, the frameworks and tools in this class are designed to meet you where you are. Pricing correctly from the beginning is one of the most valuable things a new cleaning business owner can do.

What is the early bird price and when does it close?

The early bird price is ₦10,000 for the first 20 registrants only. Once those 20 spots are taken the price moves to ₦15,000. It closes when we hit 20, not on a specific date, so register early.

How do I pay if I am outside Nigeria?

International payments are accepted via Paystack at $20 USD. You will be directed to the correct payment option during registration.

What platform is the class on?

The class is on Zoom. Your link is sent automatically to you immediately after payment is confirmed. You do not need a Zoom account to join, just click the link.

What do I need to bring or prepare?

Come with a pen and something to write on. If you have an existing quotation template or rate card bring that too, we will do some real work with real numbers during the class. No preparation required. Just show up.
