Before I taught
the blueprint,
I built it.

Over a decade ago, I founded Platinum Beam Concept in Ibadan, Nigeria, with a vision for what a premium cleaning company could look like in Africa. I grew it into a structured operation with over 200 team members, built on systems, standards, and a culture of operational excellence.

Most cleaning businesses in Africa are working hard without systems, training frameworks, or a real growth strategy. They are not failing because they are lazy. They are failing because no one ever gave them structure.

So I built the frameworks, tools, and training to fix that. Everything I teach comes from a real cleaning operation—not from theory, but from the inside of a business I built and still run today.
